Are you looking for a dynamic way to explore your experiences, foster self-understanding, and build meaningful connections in a supportive space? This workshop offers a unique journey into self-discovery and community building using psychodrama and other powerful group modalities. It’s designed for LGBTIQA+ individuals and allies who are ready to explore, grow, and connect.

What is Psychodrama and Experiential Group Work?

Forget sitting and just talking! Psychodrama is an action-oriented method where we bring situations to life. It’s like a rehearsal for real life, allowing you to:

• Gain new perspectives on challenging situations by stepping into different roles.

• Express emotions and gain deep insights in a safe, guided way.

• Practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

• Boost your spontaneity and creativity in how you respond to life.

• Practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Beyond psychodrama, we’ll use other engaging group modalities like movement, symbolic representation, and collaborative storytelling. These methods help us tap into understanding and connection that words alone often can’t reach.
